I just changed it to opengl (it said "d3d,opengl"), changed cmod to 730, offset to 0.000994, changed keybindings and raged once or twice... worked apparently:

Keep in mind that different songs are not always synced perfectly. Some songs I will get -7ms offset and other with be +2. I would recommend playing a song you KNOW is pretty on sync, and keep playing that and adjusting your offset accordingly. Also, what sm version are you using? Are you on window...
