Spread. I used to play an odd variant of spread on the arrow keys where some fingers would switch keys depending on the pattern, but now I just play standard spread on the as/kl keys. I can do index sixteenth note streams up to maybe 180 BPM, but jumpstream kills me, so I don't play index very often.

Is there a reason why SQLite was chosen in the first place? I've rarely seen it used; MySQL is far and away the most popular DB for open-source stuff.
