I use SM5B1 to step. The sole problem with it is that I have to messily delete files and/or double-set BPMs in both Step and Song timing or else if I step XMod it goes haaaaywire. It's labeled under TimingWindow something in preferences.ini in SM5. Got the exact values as listed, I checked around.

Mmm you could include the Vocaloid Collaboration packs. There's a fair amount of Vocamania peeps on the server and it will rise. Although it uses UTF-8 Unicode stuffs so it may not record properly
