Hey!

I registered 2-3 days ago in SMO but today I can't log in anymore

I have the correct password but it just doesn't want to. I actually tried to log in in game with another account (I have EvilAngel00 and EVIL that are available, it's the name I put in real cabinets) and it worked (it actually recorded the song I tried):

But I never registered this account in the site x)

Any idea ?

Edit: btw, I tried with OITG beta 2 and SM 3.95 but only the 3.95 version has the "EVIL" profile. Yesterday OITG worked fine.

Edit2: I can log in the site with EVIL and my usual password though =/ but my profiles aren't linked whatsoever:

I'm not really sure why two different accounts would be linked. Maybe I'm getting at the wrong issue here, but I think you might be thinking that the forum and the main page use the same accounts.

Both the forum and main site are entirely independent as of right now so you will need to register twice.

I created one account on the website (EvilAngel00) and during 2 days I could log in without any problems in game. But this afternoon, I tried and it gave me a "wrong password" message. I tried to log into the website, same issue. Then I tried to log IN GAME with another account (EVIL) and it worked (with my EvilAngel00 password). But this account was never created in the website prior to loging in.

Now I played one song with that account and it seems to have created it in the website database (check the links I put in my first message).

Right now, I can't connect to smonline.net but as soon as I can, I'll come back with some news

Try typing your username with exact case sensitivity. If I try to login using "izzy" instead of "Izzy" it wont work.

I can still log into EVIL but not into EvilAngel00 both in game and in the website. Isn't there anyway to reset my password ? (I'm sure it's not the password though, I had automatic login yesterday and it worked no problem).

EDIT: okay, I didn't know that: "- Create an account by clicking register to your right. (Logging in from client will also register an account)". So actually I created the account EVIL by logging in from the client.

The only problem is now, I don't have access to my main account anymore so is there a way to retrieve my password ?

Nope, the passwords are encrypted and non retrievable.

We could potentially delete the account so you can remake it though.

Okay then, you can delete EvilAngel00 as well as Lala (I created this account by mistake when testing) I'll just use EVIL from now on.
