[Fixed] Missing Grade Images In Rooms

I've noticed this on several occasions and I usually look up what image it is trying to load and replace it with a question mark, but more and more missing images keep showing up. I can't tell what the reason behind this is. I figured it was maybe related to playing PIU or 6key.

I'm not sure yet, but thank you for your input. In the near future we will likely determine the grade server side so this probably won't matter anyway.

We could just get some images from an ITG theme and then use that chart to match up some grades.

Marking this as [Fixed] as it is now deprecated as there is now server-side judgement and thus no longer blindly passing whatever the client says their grade is.
