Whenever a song with with foreign characters is selected the rts breaks due to the content length of the chat buffer being incorrect.

This has now been fixed and is running on the beta server, will be pushed live on the next server update. (Later tonight when less people are on)

I also added a new room listing that not only shows the rooms but the people in them with linke to the profiles (and rooms).
