[Fixed] Users gain ownership of rooms they don't own.

There was a bug where sometimes people would create a room and exit it and then join another room and get ownership privileges in the new room. This bug should now be fixed so this is no longer the case.

Great fix, I noticed a few times where people would join different rooms and instantly start songs without the actual room owners consent. Kind of surprised it was never reported.
