Unfortunately, I put on two accounts the same password, and as the site is not the difference with the case, I found two accounts has the same username and the same password, which is made impossible for connection to one or the other.

We will have to delete one of them. We changed the database to be case sensitive so now it is having a conflict between both accounts.
