I am unable to download any packs. Help!

Every time I get on the site to download a pack I am redirected to a screen that says Forbidden you dont have access to downloads/packs/R21freak Stepfile Scholarship Contest.zip on this server.

Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at stepmaniaonline.net Port 80.

But for any packs I try to download.
Please help!!!

I am. Is there some sort of bug related to it, or some reason phones are blocked?
