A few suggestions of my own

XP:
-Adapt the toasty count from the original smo.com, and give players extra XP for every toasty you get (20/40 sounds fair)
Examples: Say someone plays a song with 1000 arrows (no jumps) and they quad it, they would get 4 flawless toasties, and 160 extra xp (40 for every flawless toasty). Say the same person gets a AAA one the same song with 1 perfect somewhere in there, they would get 140 extra xp. If someone played that same song and got 1 toasty in the beginning, but didn't AAA it, they would get 20 extra xp...
I think this would encourage players to play longer songs and get higher scores.
-Include jumps into the XP system, right now someone can play a streamy song with 4000 arrows and get more xp than a jump-streamy song with 5000 arrows.
Commands that should be added:
/msg <user> (I miss this feature)
/ban <user>
|c0 FFFFFF (colors, I miss the colors)
Simfile database:
-Group the difficulties, right now someone can get to the top of a sim's top scores by quading the easiest difficulty. Maybe make tabs for each difficulty, that can be added and removed by those who add bg's? Because not all songs have every single difficulty, it would be silly to have a beginner-edit tab for every file.
-Let those who add bg's also add information about the file, like what packs you could find a particular file in.
-Separate sims by steps. Say Destiny [long version] has 1400+ steps, and the ITG Destiny has 600 steps.. Implement some system of separation?
These are just a few suggestions, I'll add more later.
