Manual Pack list adding

Hey, I have some suggestions I came up with. One is about the packs:
It could be a great feature for users to manually input the packs they one in the website. I.e a user has 2 choices:
- manually enter a pack
- choose from a list
The first solution would automatically add the pack to the list available for all users and new users with that same pack could then choose it from the list. With that feature implemented I can see 2 great improvements:
- when a user enters a room, the server could check common packs with the users already in the room
- there could be a download link associated with the pack when the user manually enters it on the database (external link, not necessarily hosted on your server), so if someone doesn't have a given pack, he could just go there and download it
The only problem I see, is dead links for packs and / or false links. If there is a way to figure that out, it could be a really good addition to SMO
My second suggestion is not that important but can be useful for some people. I've seen that sometimes a song difficulty isn't properly fetched (sometimes I play expert 15-16-17 footer songs and the server gets it as Expert (0) ). If that bug can be fixed, it would be cool to have some sort of "average difficulty" a player plays on. It could be separated (one average for easy, one for medium, one for difficult and one for expert) or put together (as we rarely see a chart with a higher number of footers in lower difficulties).
Then again, there is the problem of poorly rated charts but there are quite rare for it to be a real issue.
