your best bet when it comes to PIU is to start with Youtube. I know there are a few small sites out there that actively make PIU files, you just have to get to know the people and get involved. Try messaging Youtubers who upload their own PIU simfiles or gameplay videos and ask them about it. To get you started there are plenty of videos that show up when you search "pump it up kpop" on Youtube.
