The size of The Max Megapack is ~1.3GB compressed and contains 416 files. The size of all the packs is listed on the .
You should be able to get it without any issues, assuming you have at least that much free space in whatever drive you are downloading the file to.

First off, how do you not have 1.3GB of space? If you can't even spare that much, you are going to have an insanely difficult time playing with many people on SMO period. I know you mentioned playing with a tablet (which somehow can actually run stepmania) so you can probably get a storage upgrade on it. Micro SD's aren't that expensive as I recall. If you can't upgrade the storage capacity of your device because it's not physically possible, I don't know what to tell you in regards to this.
is a link to this pack on a dropbox someone put up, you can download single files from it if you wish. As for other requests for doing this sort of thing myself though...
Second, I will not personally make a 1.3GB pack (or any other pack for that matter) a "song after song" selection. SMO doesn't host single files for a few reasons (currently listed on the front page even) and converting packs into mass singles lists would be even worse. SMO just isn't set up for it, and even if it was, I'm not sure we should really encourage picking and choosing content out of packs. It's tough enough to have proper content with randoms, at least with packs we've given people the ability to have a guaranteed set-list of stuff to play, if they have one in common. We actually have sort of a system in place to easily tell what packs people have, and what packs others have in common with each other. Trying to do that stuff with singles would be an absolute nightmare, beyond that even, probably impossible due to an overload of similar content overlapping. I apologize if this seems inconvenient, but I feel focusing on packs specifically is a far better way to allow for smooth and enjoyable SMO player interaction.
