Your terminology doesn't make a lot of sense. Your using a lot of words backwards.

You mean your 4th songpack and for people to send in their simfiles..

Just so everyone is clear as to what the original post is trying to convey to the community, I will translate the message to the best of my ability here:

Hey guys, I have started to work on a singles spread song pack. The name of this pack is Owenviau1 Simfiles 4 (Spread Ver.), and I would love for anyone who can to please submit spread files to it. If you have a file you would like to submit, or wish to step a song you enjoy, please send the completed project to me in a personal message through any of the various sites I have listed below. I currently have no one helping me create this spread pack, and I fear that it could take me months, or even years to complete it without any outside help. Any submissions would be greatly appreciated!

Please have your submission in a .zip file, and in the "[Your username] Song Title" format.

You can't name a simfile pack after yourself if you have other peoples files in it.
