Stepmania Online

I'm using Stepmania 5 on Windows 7.

After following the instructions on the forums, I can connect to the server just fine. I see the rooms, can make my own, etc.

But when I start a song, it'll disconnect me from the server before the song starts. This happens every time I try to play a song. Any suggestions?

My first suggestion would be to check your firewall. Check windows firewall as well.

If that doesn't help, I am not sure what else it could be.

Well, I would still check windows firewall just in case... Hmm... That's all I can really think of though...

My guess you are playing as player 2.

@Spooky: Checked the settings, they all checked out.

@Cube: Yes, that is the case. Do I need to play on the left side (player 1) to stay connected? It was not like this when I used to play smo...

You need to be player 1
