Some Questions About Stepmania 5

Hello, this is WEN ZHUO.
Excuse me everyone, I have some questions about StepMania v5.0 alpha 3 to ask.
Could you guys help me to deals with them?

As we all know, this game is in English, but I actually really wanna to use a Chinese ID.
The Chinese ID that I want is 文卓(WEN ZHUO) as I usually do.
My problem is that I don't know how I can use as Chinese ID and make it as 1P(the first player) at the same time.
Actually, I don't know wheather I can use a Chinese ID either.
If anyone knows how to deal with this, please help me with that.
