Hi guys,I am a newbie of SMO and nice to meet you all:) Recently, I find very hard to download the song packs due to slow download speed,which is approximately 6.6 KB/s:( Does anyone know why does this happen and what is the solution for this problem?Thanks.

I've noticed the same thing once in a while. Sometimes the speeds are fast, sometimes they're slow. So goes.

I seen someone mention this before, and I've never been able to replicate it. Every time I download a pack from SMO, I pull at least 1MB/s.

I would imagine you just got unlucky, and attempted to download packs when something was happening with the server maintenance wise. Perhaps try again soon and see if the speeds change.

Well，this situation has continued for 3 days consecutively,and for today,I tried just now but nothing changed:( Does the server face any problems in these few days?

From what I can see SMO really hasn't had any big server side issues over the last few days (especially nothing major enough to prevent people from downloading packs at even dial up internet speeds for more than 3 straight days). In fact, just testing a download now, I got one of the higher speeds I've seen from SMO:


The only thing I could think of is that somehow your connection to the SMO server is being severely stunted. I have no idea if this is something client side or not, but in general, I see no faults with the SMO server on my end. Sorry I can't be of much more help than this, but I have no clue what the underlying problem could be here.
