Stepmania Online

Today I downloaded FRAPS to record videos, but I didn't know how to sync my webcam with the screen video so I could post them to Youtube, so, instead, I downloaded XSplit Gamecaster. It's pretty good, syncs perfectly, but there's a problem: it lags so much..
I'd like to know if there's a more efficient and easy way to sync my webcam with a screen recorder with no lag at all.
Maybe I should just buy another computer lol.

You could try recording them out of sync and then syncing them later in a video editor.

Your best option would be to do what Izzy mentioned. Really. XSplit is rather CPU hungry and if you can't get a hook on the game and instead end up doing a window or screen capture it gets worse.

If you insist on using XSplit, the best thing you can do is turn VSYNC off for Stepmania. You may experience some minor frame tearing but it helps keep the game running smoother this way.
