Need Help Finding Index Stream Packs

Is there any other packs in the SMO downloads that are Index Stream? (Ex. Sharpnelstreamz v2)
If there is, name all of them so I can try it out!

I researched "index stream stepmania" and a lot of flash flash revolution came up and R21freak and here is the link where I saw them I saw a few packs labeled stream let me know if it helps^_^ best of luck
