How do I map certain things to Shift + Key?

I noticed that starting game is "Shift + Enter". Is there any way I can do this to other keys? For example Shift + P?

There should be a key/button configuration in options. However, if you are referring to playing online. (ctrl+enter in windows.) I think this is hard coded. You cannot really change this. (Unless you wanna build/compile the program yourself.)
