Can anyone help me out here?

I had this issue a while back. The file is associated with Microsoft Visual Studio. A quick Google search led to this download:

I think some people had issues installing the redistributable as well, but I remember this working for me.

It's currently loading, but I assume it's going to work now, thanks a lot :)

Haven't played SM for a whole week because of this -_-
