Can I save my best rank?

I don't know why an AAA rank should be overridden by an AA rank,just because the former's score is lower than the latter's.
Similarly,if I get a better % on a song, but the score is lower than the best one, then this % cannot be saved either.
Is there any way to save score,%,and rank separately?
