Stepmania Crashing

So I recently added toasty and the ability to change my rates online and I am crashing, before the crash it alerts me that several metrics are missing (even if I manually add the rates in to it), could this be something that has to do with toasty or the rates being added?

I attached my crashlog so that someone more skilled at figuring out whats wrong can help as well as my metrics.ini

SM5 has gone though some changes over time. You might want to manually add/update the line(s) instead of replacing the metrics.ini itself. (Can cause problems.)

I reinstalled on my game hard drive and everything appears to be working, only thing I pretty much have to figure out is how to transfer my scores/profile settings unless it calls them from my appdata

Yes, scores and such is handled in appdata. Assuming your profiles saved and you didn't delete them, it should still be there.
