[Resolved] Can't upload an avatar at all

I can't seem to be able to upload a avatar to SMO at all. I try pressing choose, and I can see that it actually chose the pic I sent it. I then try to upload and the page just refreshes to the homepage, with my avatar still the same ?.

I saw a topic before here that claimed to have fixed the issue, but I tried with all kinds of images, small images, big images, in the middle, jpeg, everything. Nothing really helped at all. I also tried different browsers.
