I remember that at SMO.eu, fails were also recorded.
I play with fail on, direct fail to be exact.
But when I checked back today all my failed songs were not registered, only my passed ones.
I was wondering wether this is intentional or an actual bug/yet-to-be-added feature :]

Ah. But I'm using SM5, so it shouldn't be happening :0
I just checked and I noticed there's a bit more than just my failed songs missing.
There's a couple of passed songs missing too.

Which version of SM5 are you _exactly_ using?

@Angelo StepMania 5.0 alpha 3
@houkouonchi I see, I did notice the database doesn't seem to have UTF-8 support yet. I'll try to remember to note down what
songs I play next time and which ones end up being properly registered.

Re: Failing songs with direct-fail on are not registered
Pardon the double post, but this thread can be locked and put away.
I realized that every song I failed, last time I played, were all files containing UTF-8 characters in the artist/title.
I played again today and while every single one of my records with UTF-8 characters are missing, everything else
appears fine. Including a failed song.
So it's just the UTF-8 issue, nothing to do with failtypes.
Sorry about the false report ^^;;

No problem. Thank you for looking into issue and posting anyway.
