The only shadow-work prompt I still use
Most shadow-work posts here read like a weekend retreat brochure. I needed something I would still do on a Tuesday. Timer for ten minutes. Prompt: what did I do this week that I would not want a friend to see. Then I stop. I do not post it, I do not burn it unless I feel like it.
