Glitch with score tracking.

I just went to play Quasar, then found that if you hit a marvelous and quit the song instantly, it says on the song page that you got a AAAA on the smonline.net site. Can this be fixed, because I just found it? I don't want to get banned, I found a major bug, that's all.

In the future such scores wont count towards average ranking songs, but there isn't much we can do about it otherwise. There are a few methods I could think of to automatically throw out such scores from highscore lists, but they wont ever be perfect.

The client sends the grade to the server which is also why grade and score won't always match right, since there are different scoring types which can be changed in the client.

Like Izzy said any songs that don't match up to the correct amount of notes won't be part of the average score ranking anyways so no worries, not gunna get banned

Got a new issue about the same thing. Since the problem occurs, it makes it permanently impossible for me to AAA with a percentage like what happens when I quit right after losing a AAA. Example is the Mecha-Tribe Assault.

I meant to say that since the score tracking glitch occurs, if I quit when I lose a AAA on Mecha-Tribe Assault, I quit the song instantly and it does screw up the percentage accuracy for the song. Because of this problem, it makes it even harder to replace a AAA broken run with a better AAA, in which since I can only have j4 and up to earn EXP on songs on the server, it makes it super hard for me to do Abyssal. But what I am getting at is the score track glitch. It is weird how to even explain it precisely.

You can see list all the times you played that song by clicking the lil star. So you can see your other scores.

This will be fixed when the step charts get separated on the site.

I think in 3.95/OpenITG you can back out without the score saving? Someone can feel free to correct me if this is not true.
