[Client Problem] Noteskins not displayed during a song.

I have been trying to find help here, but no such luck. I need to use the orbular noteskin on SM 3.95 so I can read charts easier and that I need it to help decrease the annoying flashing receptors after 100 combo. I put the orbular noteskin on default, I extracted the folder for the noteskin, and everything on the folder is there. The png images, the colors of the orb shapes for different note timings, such as 24ths, 192nds, and 64ths. That works fine, and I set the orbular noteskin folder to default, so it stays on that.

However, the real problem starts here. I go to play songs hoping that it worked by playing on the smonline.net server, but all the arrows don't look orbular, they look like the orIginal stepmania arrows, but they point upside down. Can this be fixed, because I really want to improve my Abyssal scores so I can get C's on J4 again to earn 3300+ xp per play. The .png images are fine for the orbular colors for different time notes, like I said. There should be a fix for this, because I didn't screw with anything. I downloaded the whole Orbular noteskin into the dance folder, because everyone obviously plays dance mode.

Everything works fine with the folder, but the game doesn't display it correctly. It doesn't crash the game, but it is very annoying that I am unable to read the Abyssal chart on 12ths with the 2-3 note chords and the fast 16ths that go on 18-19 nps on 280 bpm.

I wanted to find the noteskin after I found a Maid Of Fire video showing all the 16th jackhammers replaced with 32nd trills. I found the noteskin a few days ago, but I can't get the orbular receptors to show on the gameplay. Like I said, I need help.
