Don't get me wrong, I like the idea too but... I had someone in mind when I posted that.. but was not calling any one out by name. And as for the post deduction forum area, I meant spammy posts could be placed there so it wouldn't add to the post count for example making the Graveyard a post deducted forum. That way anyone who has their thread/posts placed there will not have any posts counting towards their title because anyone who posted badly enough to fall in there is probably posting for the soul reason of upping their post count.

I just don't want people who spam to get worse. Thats all.

I like the idea of +1ing a persons post if they like it. I also seen on some other forums, a karma system though I have no idea how it works other then Good karma and bad karma display for people to see.

I even made some graphics for the usually 1-5 star post count rank thing a while back for a forum that never took off. I do get that it could be fun to have. I guess we will see where it goes if it is implemented. Though if we do, I suggest making all posts in the archive/graveyard area not count towards it.

Ah k. I had no idea how the karma thing worked. I agree that could cause drama and anger to anyone who gets targeted by someone they dislike.

The only idea I like out of these is the quick reply. There is no need to make everything more complicated around here. Everyone should be on an equal footing. I'd remove post-count to further emphasize this, but it is a decent indicator of someones activity. I would consider replacing it with some kind of activity meter if that existed.

Another suggestion: do you remember back in the day when there was a thing that generated a forum sig image based on your stepmania stats (similar to the one FFR has). Can that be brought back?

Hey, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I normally play songs that are 14-20, and after 15 the counting restarts, so it seems like I'm a complete noob, lol. Furthermore, I think that makes it more difficult to go up on rankings, but I might be really wrong on that one.
So yeah, my suggestion is to change the server so it doesnt record 16s as 0s, 17s as 1s and so on. Maybe this should be posted at one of those bugs/fixes topics, but I felt like this is more of a suggestion, seeing that in the normal stepmania the difficulty goes up to 15, not 20 or even more.

New Suggestion: Under the top 20 packs thing have a "New Packs" section with 10-20 of the newest packs added to the downloads page. Since you bascially got the bulk of already created packs, it'd be mostly new packs. Just a thought.

Another small suggestion:

The smilies on the left when making a post are pretty ugly as there are little white borders on some of them and are pretty inconsistent with it. Iknow it is a really small issue, but is there any way to change up the smilies on here? Maybe you can ad some stepmania themed ones as well.
