How can i improve my accuracy?

I play spread (EIUR) on J4. Does playing J7 improve my accuracy in any way?

Aaand if there are any other methods I don't mind knowing how thx in advance

In my personal opinion playing on higher judge settings doesn't affect your accuracy for when you switch back to judge 4. My strategy has been to play songs that am capable of playing while hitting the notes harder than usual. Generally this would be something a bit easier than your top speed.

At least for me hitting the notes harder forces me to hear and feel the difference better.

I don't know what you play on, but if you haven't switched over, I noticed a big difference.
