Oh man I just got linked that by someone. I wasn't in the least bit phased when I saw this article, when it comes to bandwidth usage, Houkou is absolutely ridiculous. Congrats to Houkou for probably transferring more data in a given month than pretty much everyone else in California!

I think its a bit ridiculous that he is acting surprised. And it does kind of make me mad, this is literally the worst case scenario, but it is pretty shady.
