Downloads in SMO download page are taking much longer.

I decided to download 2 packs from SMO download page.
They were Tachyon Spectrum (which I managed to download) and Cirque du Veyron

The download speed is more than 50 times slower than the normal (and I'm not exaggerating). It took me about 1 hour and a half to download Tachyon Spectrum and still couldn't manage to download Cirque du Veyron, which I started about 3 hours ago.
When I tried to download Ace Megapack, from DivinElegy (shown on the SS aswell), it took me no more than 5 minutes.
What's the problem about? Is it because the server is too far away from where I'm downloading, or stuff like that?

I am unsure of what the issue might be, but I am just going to post my SMO downloads experience in case it helps out Houkou (if there is anything needing to be checked out).

I just attempted to download Tachyon Spectrum from SMO, and it was averaging out at a little over 1MB/s. Other downloads seem to work fine for me as well, and at adequate speeds.

Perhaps try downloading something again when you see this, and find out whether the speeds have improved or not.

Could have coincidentally been during a period where the server is backing up the database. If it happens more often in the future then let us know.

Although it doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes to backup the database.

Do you get any better speed to http://box.houkouonchi.jp/5tb.bin ? That one is also hosted on the server but it is a sparse file so no disk I/O. The server will be a bit slower the next few days as I am rsyncing all the data off of it to its new set of disks that are at my house right now. I am rsyncing near 130-150 megabits and still have a few more days left (8TB of data to be copied).

If you get slow speeds to the 5tb.bin file too then PM me your IP. I can do a traceroute and check out the situation but not a very high probability I will be able to fix.

No, I don't. It's literally at the 1MB/s limit nonstop.
I'll try downloading another pack from the download page later to test

I'm currently downloading a lot of pack, and I'm always at the limit of my connexion's speed, which is around 2.4 MB/s. It take only one or two minutes for a 150 MB song pack. The server seems ok for me.

Must've been my internet or something.
