Unfortunately there is no distinction between solo scores and normal scores so there is no way to rank them differently. We don't have any plans to release a solo pack.

The problem is the two charts for the end result. I know it'd have a lot more submissions if I just went with one chart

I don't know if I should change it though. A lot of people still play easier stuff and this pack should cater to as many people as possible

I'm trying to step a file for this, my first attempt ever.

Might need some help syncing it up perfectly, I'm having a hard time with that. Pretty sure I got the BPM perfect but the sync feels just the slightest bit off.

couldnt sleep so i just started making my very first file, took me 2 hours to sync and added some steps in 10 mins then looked for a program that could record stepmania without being choppy or laggy for almost 3 hours.
here's what i've done so far
thoughts or tips? give up? go fish? try again? because

The bpm/sync looks ok from what I see but I don't actually have the file or anything so I can't be super specific about that. If I have any advice, it would be: Try and step songs that you think people would enjoy playing. This would apply to having a fun stepchart and a fun song to listen to that wouldn't get people bored 45 seconds in.

60% of what makes a great simfile is a great song.

Also first file I've ever really completed. I made one like 4 years ago but it was goddamn terrible lol.
