Vocamania Community Fall Pack 2012 is also hybrid (even though there's only 1 pad file in there as far as I know :'D )

The following packs are pad:
Touhou Hokyouso ~ Lunatic Dance Floor
Touhou Mahouyou - Magical Dance Phantasm



It also appears to me that some of the Vocaloid Collaboration packs are way smaller than they should be, I suspect they're the video-less versions. I'll look into that later and tell you exactly which ones are incomplete/wrong. And of course link you to the full packs

And ah, I see. In that case I'd like to let you know some of the Vocaloid Collaboration packs on the download pages are in fact the full video included packs, even though no-video versions are available.
The packs in question are:
